Ontario jurisprudence exam

The jurisprudence exam is separate from NCLEX-RN, REx-PN or CNPLE. It covers the laws, regulations, by-laws, standards and guidelines governing nursing in Ontario.

Fee snapshot verified Aug. 9, 2026: CNO lists $40 plus applicable taxes for the jurisprudence exam. After payment, candidates receive a 30-day access period and may reattempt within that period under CNO's current rules.
